Professor Ashutosh Tiwari is the Director of the Vinoba Bhave Research Institute (VBRI). The organization is involved in innovation, research, and technology in the field of advanced materials science. His contributions, particularly the work related to strategies adopted to rural technology, have helped facilitate the upgradation and enhancement of rural lifestyles. The core of the activities carried out by VBRI lies in the development of technology-based solutions that can be directly used at the rural level for various smaller issues related to agriculture, heath, and education. VBRI provides feasible solutions and world-class consultancy.

VBRI Innovation

Professor Ashutosh Tiwari has also established the technological extension of VBRI located in New Delhi, India, called VBRI Innovation. The technological extension is involved in the development of innovation production models that are highly relevant for the betterment of society. The innovation centre is actively involved in the translational research in the area of healthcare, energy and environment. The centre has published several research articles in the area of translational material science & nanoelectronics and has also patented many nanotechnology tools used in health, energy, and automation. A few of the patents is under process for industry commercialization purposes.

Moreover, Ashutosh Tiwari is a founder member and a co-chair of events such as the Advanced Materials Congress Series, the Baltic Conference Series and the World Congress Series that host thousands of delegates from approximately a hundred countries of the world. He has also contributed as an Editor towards several book series in Elsevier and Wiley. Also, he has received several coveted awards on international platforms for his excellent scientific contributions.
